Emporio Idraulico accepts orders for deliveries on Italian, European and non-European territory, except areas not provided on the site itself.
All orders in ITALY are processed by BARTOLINI courier
Shipping costs: 12.00 EUR
Transport costs are charged to the customer and are clearly spelled out when placing the order. Nothing is due more by the customer than the total order.
All orders placed will be shipped in the following ways:
All orders placed before 10:00 on each day from Monday to Friday, shipping is expected on the day of the order delivery within 24 / 72h.
For orders placed from Friday after 11.00 am until the following Monday, shipping is scheduled for the following Monday delivery within 24 / 72h.
Each shipment will be followed by the shipping code and / or tracking of the package. It will be sent only after the shipment of the package.
Shipments outside the Italian territory will be handled with couriers who carry out foreign transport. The same procedures will follow for Italian shipments. Delivery times vary according to the destination of the goods.
For orders with payment by electronic circuits and wire transfers there is no additional cost.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check for any tampering or openings of the package / envelope. The customer is required to check:
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product must be immediately contested, by placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg "laundry packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the proof of delivery of the courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Shipments are made exclusively by express courier.
Emporio Idraulico does not ship with other shippers who do not provide traceability of the package.
The delivery time of the goods is always subject to possible delays due to force majeure and problems inherent in the express couriers themselves.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, by contacting the contact details below:

Deliveries are made in 48-72 hours from payment; we communicate the tracking of the shipment click here. You will have to insert the code in "Search with customer ID" fill in only the first box and click on search and you will see that all the stages of the shipment will appear.

While all orders to the EU or INTERNATIONAL are processed by TNT courier or UPS

IMPORTANT:
Customs costs are borne by the recipient. Therefore, when you want to send a parcel to a non-EU country, the sender will be free of any customs tax. To receive the package, the recipient must pay duties and taxes depending on the country's laws. The cost of taxes and duties will not be known until the packages are released by customs.
