Feeder of Automatic for Air Tanks

The power supply of air is a device that ensures the maintenance of the air cushion in the autoclave . The power supply must be installed in a vertical position . It is important to mount a ball valve between the upper part of the power supply and the autoclave and one between the bottom of the feeder and the pump suction . The check valve system must be installed upstream of the connection of the power supply to the pump suction . Should not be mounted no check valve between the pump and the autoclave . The correct operation of the power supply leads to an air intake of about 30 seconds at each start of the pump. This optimum condition is achieved by adjusting the ball valve on the pump . If in a system the pump is powered by a pressurized pipeline is necessary that the pressure in the autoclave is greater than about 1.5 times that of the pump so that the power supply is functioning normally.
