Gas Ball Valve with Lever MF

The valves are bidirectional, manage the flow in both directions. The valves are made up of a sphere, two seals, rod, OR, handle and two pieces of brass, body and sleeve, containing them and which are assembled together by thread and sealed with special thread-locker. To prevent the layer of liquid threadlocker breaks so that the valve body loses the coupling-sleeve, avoid subjecting the two sides to torques.

For their installation should be used now normal practice, hydraulic, and in particular:

make sure that the two pipes are properly aligned;
during assembly to apply the key to the end of the valve closest to the tube;
the application of fixing material (PTFE, hemp) should be limited to the area of the thread, an excess may interfere in the ball-seal closure affecting the sealing.
in the case in which the fluid present impurities (dirt, dust, excessive water hardness), these should be removed or sorted because otherwise during the rotation of the sphere can damage the seals
